The scope and level of support is worked out together on a discovery call, so you only ever pay for what is genuinely useful to you.

What I can help with:

Every ongoing support arrangement is different, but here are the kinds of tasks and areas I commonly support clients with:

  • Systems and workflows: Keeping your tools updated, maintained and running smoothly. Building out new workflows as your business evolves, managing automations and making sure your systems continue to support the way you work.

  • Standard Operating Procedures: Developing, updating and managing your SOPs so your processes stay documented, current and easy for your team to follow.

  • General administration: Day to day admin tasks that keep your business organised and on track.

  • Inbox and customer service management: Managing your inbox and responding to client enquiries on your behalf. Written communication only, does not include phone or live chat support.

  • Website support: Updates, maintenance and full page builds across Shopify, Wix, Ivorey.io (Go High Level) and Your Practice Pro (Go High Level). For these platforms this also includes automations, calendars, landing pages, forms and more.

  • Branded content in Canva: Creating and updating branded materials including social media graphics, templates, presentations and other visual assets.

Scope and proposal

Based on our call I put together a tailored scope and proposal that fits your goals and budget.

Contract and onboarding

Once you are happy with the proposal, we formalise the arrangement with a contract and get you onboarded.

Support begins

Work is prioritised each week according to your active projects and goals, with communication handled in a way that suits you.
